TuscanWood
TuscanWood is a maintenance-free single family neighborhood with
its own community sub-association. It has a single lane of 55' wide
by 140' deep lots with two-story cottage-styled homes. There
are 30 home sites in the neighborhood, with 16 of them overlooking
a wide lake backed up to the King & Bear's largest
consolidation of conservation lands. The other 14 lots are
separated from the community's Oakgrove Avenue with a landscaped
area that includes a preserved grouping of Southern Live Oaks
supplemented with native evergreens and hollies behind an extension
of the King & Bear's Irish boundary fencing. The landscaping
makes the lanai and pool areas of these homes very park-like and
private. TuscanWood includes the preservation of a large Live Oak
hammock at the end of its street which provides for bird-watching
and occasional sightings of Fox squirrels.
