The Meadows

Single Family Homes in Jacksonville & St. Augustine, FL.

The Meadows was designed and developed to offer true homeowner affordability with all of the relationship benefits of World Golf Village. The compact home sites are in the 50' to 60' wide by 115' to 125' deep range, with many situated on seven neighborhood lakes. The family-oriented Meadows is a quiet and fully completed neighborhood with all of the 400 homes built and occupied.

The entire 4,000' southern boundary and 1,200' western boundary of the Meadows is adjacent the venerable Pacetti Bay, a deep-woods, old-growth, densely-forested conservation area that has been preserved in perpetuity. The entrance to The Meadows is less than two miles from the neighborhood shopping center at the historic crossroads of S.R. 16 and County Road 13A. County Road 13A is known as Pacetti Road, named for fourth generation Minorcan settlers to the region.

Meadowlark Lane is the neighborhood's 1/2 mile parkway, linking the home sites to Pacetti Road as it passes by the A-rated, Pacetti Bay Middle School. The new, prototype school was built on lands donated to St. Johns County by World Golf Village. The lane weaves among preserved, large canopy oak trees and has a colonnade of planted oaks all the way along its northern border.
