When Master Developer Jim Davidson envisioned World Golf Village, he drew from his more than 20 years of community development experience to create one of the most successful communities in the southeastern United States. Joined by his wife, Sherry, a real estate broker and financial and tax expert, Jim planned a unique residential community with world-class amenities, retail shops and office space. A strategic decision to offer land to the PGA TOUR for its Hall of Fame led to the community's hallmark and centerpiece - the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX 3D Theater.
